Qualitta Architectural Solutions was founded in 2011. We are a full-service licensed general contractor firm based in Miami with the aim to serve all of South Florida, Latin America and The Caribbean.

Juan Camilo Echeverri

PRINCIPAL

A prominent architect and project manager for the last 20 years, Juan began his work experience in a large civil engineering and architectural firm, “Construcciones e Inversiones Beta”, in his hometown of Barranquilla, Colombia. Juan earned his bachelors degree in architecture from the Universidad Autonoma del Caribe in Barranquilla, Colombia and complemented his studies at Rutgers University in Piscataway, New Jersey. As a residential architect, he worked on many housing and urban design projects before moving in 2000 to the United States to work for the commercial displays company ASI Displays in Miami, FL.

Juan started working in 2008 for NUHOUSE Design Associates, in the Design District. The high-end architecture/interior design firm specialized in hospitality, commercial and residential designs. He worked on projects in South Florida, New York and throughout the Caribbean. Some of the more notable projects included Temenos Baccarat Resort (Anguilla, BWI) Molasses Reef Resort in (Turks & Caicos), Bahia Beach Resort (Rio Grande, PR) and Sushi Maki MIA (Miami).

In 2010, he joined Miami-based Maple Manufacturing: a manufacturer of high- end custom millwork and glass solutions for commercial, institutional and residential projects. Juan’s work can be seen at One Thousand Ocean, Boca Raton, the Lehman Theatre (Miami Dade College), Miami Children’s Hospital and Sony, BMG.

In 2011, Qualitta Architectural Solutions was founded by Juan to leverage his strong background in architectural design and contracting management. Throughout the years, Qualitta has completed a vast array of commercial and residential projects in South Florida, The Caribbean, and South America. The passion for detail, precision and design of his founder has made Qualitta a company to rely upon in making ideas come to life.

This experience has awarded Qualitta with a solid reputation as a high quality and innovative supplier to all his clients. Today, international companies, such as Rolformados, has awarded the company representation of all its portfolio of products for the Bolivian market.
